When you know that you're attending an event

.) How do you plan for events that you are attending? I usually plan for events that I'm attending based on the following: Word of mouth, online, telephone, in person, email, mail, invitation, flyers, etc.

.) How do you know what event or events that you plan on going to? Since I really enjoy attending events it varies. Attending events for me can be anywhere from Birthday parties, Graduations, Weddings, Banquets, Multicultural, Celebrations, Anniversaries, etc.

.) Are there any events that you would say "No" to? Yes there are events that I can honestly say I said no to.

.) What do you get from attending events? You tend to meet a lot of different interesting people at events that y'all have some of the same interests in common with. Some people that you meet tend to be those who you can network with through social media, become the best of friends with, and some people tend to meet their spouse at events.

.) Do you prefer going to free events or events that cost? I normally go to free events so I'm going to say free events.

.) Have you ever been to an event that you regret going to? If I have I know I didn't go to that particular event anymore but not really.

.) Would you recommend for anyone to attend an event or events?  Yes!

.) Are there gimmicks at any event or events that you have attended? Sadly, there are a lot of events that have giveaways that are misleading because those particular event or events are recruiting people to use their own money (whether it's cash or credit card) to invest in the different businesses' at the different events that really don't make people rich like they claim to and if he or she is not careful they will be conned out of their life savings.

.) What do you say to people who want to invest in a business that looks "too good to be true" at events? Be very careful because the people who tell their success stories online tend to be the people who are not at any of your events & he or she could have hit "rock bottom" during the time that they recorded their success story or stories online and you have no way of knowing it or they could have either been swindled out of their life savings or they could have swindled other people out of their life sayings. I've been to events where he or she was not even there but the business man told their story how they "hit it big." Make sure that the person that "hit it big" is at your events because your likely to at least feel comfortable in what they are saying because he or she is there in person. Also, don't look too much into what he or she says online because it could be a scam.

.) What do you say to people who think that attending events are a waste of time and who only come to the events for the food? I'm going to be honest, I come to events for the food but I also attend events for beneficial information. People who only come to events for the food are usually people who tend to have a boring view about life and the reason that he or she will come to an event is because of the food. When you come to an event whether that particular event is interesting to you or not it's a way of coming out of your comfort zone. People will have a much better view about life if he or she attend an event whether there is food or no food at that event if they look at it as beneficial information that they can share with their family & friends. I've attended events that had food and no food at them and I found the events to be a lot helpful.
